We collaborate with Societies, trusts, Cooperatives and such organizations who work with rural and semi-urban entrepreneurs and their associations to develop the partner organization and the beneficiaries. Our process ensures positive impact, sustainability, market relevance, financial viability, and alignment with CSR norms, thereby establishing the impact and sustainability. We believe in strategic partnership which facilitate the scale of the program.  

2. Institution Building & Collective Enterprises

We support the formation, registration, and mentoring of Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and cooperatives. Our end-to-end assistance includes capacity building, compliance, business development and linking groups to credits and markets, enabling them to grow as sustainable and competitive collective enterprises.

3. Women Entrepreneurship & Financial Inclusion

We empower women entrepreneurs through micro-credit linkages, financial literacy, and ongoing mentoring. By improving access to finance and providing handholding support, we help women build resilient enterprises and strengthen their role in local economies.

4. Skill Development & Livelihood Training

We design and deliver training programs in agriculture, animal husbandry, handicrafts, food processing, and small retail enterprises. From basic literacy and vocational skills to advanced entrepreneurship development, our programs ensure that individuals are prepared for both employment and self-employment opportunities.

    5. Training & Placement

We bridge the gap between skills and opportunities by providing vocational training and placement support for rural and semi-urban youth and women. Our programs focus on building industry-relevant skills, soft skills, and interview readiness, enabling candidates to face employers with confidence and improve their chances of securing meaningful employment or self-employment. By connecting trained candidates with companies, institutions, and livelihood opportunities, we ensure sustainable income generation and long-term career growth. 

6. Access to Resources & Market Linkages

We facilitate access to essential technical resources for productive activities and our role extends to connecting entrepreneurs and groups with input suppliers, buyers, and market platforms, ensuring long-term business viability.

7. Sustainable Livelihood Practices

We promote eco-friendly and resource-efficient livelihood approaches such as agroforestry, sustainable & regenerative agriculture, renewable energy adoption, and responsible farming. By integrating sustainability into enterprise development, we help communities protect their environment while building economic resilience.

8. Social Inclusion & Community Development

Our programs intentionally focus on women, youth, people with disabilities, and marginalized communities, ensuring equal access to livelihood opportunities. We also foster cooperation, build social capital, and promote collective action to strengthen community resilience.

9. Research, Knowledge & Advocacy

We engage in research, data mapping, and knowledge creation to influence inclusive financial services and livelihood policies. By generating evidence and insights, we advocate for systemic changes that expand opportunities for underserved entrepreneurs.

10. Impact Assessment & Certification Support

We assist organizations in assessing their environmental and social impact, ensuring that projects are sustainable, responsible, and aligned with project objectives and the regulatory norms. Additionally, we provide expert guidance for ISO22301 (Business Continuity Management System) certification, enabling institutions to enhance their resilience, compliance, and credibility with partners, funders, and regulators.
